Just a quick note to let you know how delighted we are with the kitchen you designed, supplied & fitted for us.
As you know, we had several kitchen companies offering design solutions. You were the only one to really 'fact find' what we wanted & discussed options available. You were one of the few who actually bothered keeping in touch during the quotation process. As a sales professional myself, it is easy to understand why you are successful and why you earned our business. The fitting ran like clockwork. I cannot fault the fitters (please pass on thanks for a job well done)
